  • Ipswich City? No Chance!

    How much have Ipswich council wasted on this ridiculous notion to become a city. Time and again they have launched a bid and failed, and now, once again in 2012, they are going to be humiliated and lose. At the last count there were around 40 others towns bidding for city status, so what chance do they have? Just forget it now, and forever, and spend the money on something better for the city, sorry, town!!!

  • Searching for an old friend from Ipswich

    I have returned to Ipswich after 30 years and trying to find out if an old mate of mine is still around. His name is Dave Turner and we used to go to Portman Road together every home game, but when I moved away we lost touch, which was totally my fault. He would be about 55 now and lived in Admiral Lane, so if anyone knows of him, please let me know, Thanks, Carson
